Skilled Defense For Felony DUI Charges

In Virginia, a third DUI is a class six felony punishable by:

  • Up to five years in jail, with a mandatory minimum sentence of six months
  • $1000 to $2,500 in fines
  • Indefinite driver’s license suspension

If you are charged with a fourth or subsequent DUI within 10 years, the penalties are even harsher. You will face a mandatory minimum sentence of one year and a maximum of five years.

Felony DUI charges are serious and should be handled by an experienced defense lawyer. Clients charged with felony DUI in Lynchburg and the surrounding area have placed their trust in my legal services and were glad they did.

I am prepared to handle any felony DUI case, including those involving aggravating factors such as blood alcohol concentrations (BAC) above .15, DUI causing injury, child in the car and more.

Before you plead guilty or make any important decisions about this charge, talk to me. I can help you understand your rights and the strength of the state’s case against you.
